I did a fund hack thing with my andro6phone and found this number in my unconditional call forwarding attached to my MMI code on the Android phone

Just discovered my phone has been calling this number several times a week for months. It doesn't show up on the phone's call log, only on the invoices, so I think there must be some malware making the call.

when I was checking my usage for the month it was forwarded to voice mail on the Vodafone network
it’s definitely a scam as others have mentioned in the comments don’t answer the phone potential risk for your phone to be hacked

Check if your phone is being tracked, press *#21# call button, all forwarding should be disabled, if anything is being forwarded and to check he number tracking press *#62# call button, to disable this press ##02# call button. This was the number tracking my calls.
