How can I report an inappropriate comment?
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent. The processing of such a request usually takes 1-2 weeks.

...was just browsing an article on Facebook (actors who turned down iconic roles or some such) then received an SMS saying "hi you've just subscribed to Smart World costing $6.99/wk on your next bill. Au.smartworld.mobi. Opt out SMS Stop to 19789115".
Needless to say, I didn't as I didn't know if texting the 19789115 was then going to incur further fraudulent charges, but it's definitely a number being used by scammers
