How can I report an inappropriate comment?
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent. The processing of such a request usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Panthera Debt Collection Agency, is a subsidiary company of Westpac Bank. Been hassling me for over 12 months. Under Australian Consumer Law, it is your right, to demand phone calls cease and desist, and request ALL corrispondence be conducted in writing. Sent to your home or PO Box.
I have requested this multiple times. However, I'm yet to receive their demands in writing. Tomorrow I'll be phoning my States Ombudsman and making a formal complaint. The Ombudsman will contact the ACCC, submitting a formal complaint to them.
Panthera will subsequently receive a warning. However, if enough people complain (it only takes a few), Panthera will receive a hefty fine for breaching Australian Consumer Law...

I literally abuse the out of them. Calling at 9 frikkin pm. They also have numerous mobiles they call off as I've tried to block.

Panthera Debt collection allegedly chasing people owing money to organisations for debts or mistakes months in the past. Just another buy a packet of debts company out to rip people off

SCAM Company be really careful people with them and do not give them any money or details what ever they say. Don't give them your address of Date of birth. Nothing they are scammers, they called my family members asking for my details to attempt to scam me.

Panthera Finance. Just called my husband about a GE credit advance (?) debt from 2012! He didn't have a good feeling about this so he got them to send some more info. They sent him an email with the wrong address, wrong account number, wrong name (GE is now called Latitude). Also Latitude confirmed our card is still active & ok, & that they don't use Panthera. Dodgy as hell! Just don't give them any money!!
