Got a message on my mobile to tell me a court case had been taken out against me by the Australian tax office, they left me this number to contact them. When called back they asked for info the tax office would already know. The government contact you through MyGov

Left a message on my phone "Destination(?) team of our department is investigating you and your family. We had tried to notify you regarding this issue but we never got any response from you."
I have not tried to call them back as I suspect that it is a scam and I am worried that they may be able to hack my phone.
This number is unsafe so I will mark it as such.
Don't answer them if they call you.
