The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) will launch a digital consent authorisation (DCA) platform in the next two-three months to accelerate the process of getting consumer consent on the distributed ledger technology platform (DLT) mandated by the regulator to stem pesky calls and messages.

When you call back some Australian guy saying he’s busy busy and will call you back. Second time I called it was the same guy but different voicemail. This guy sounds like a scam.
