his caller left a voicemail message that was basically a voice with a robotic american accent saying something about an 'exception in my health insurance'. The message was repeated afterwards in Chinese as well. I'm confident that if my real health insurance had a problem, I'd get a call about it from the number on the health insurance website from someone who knew my name. As such this was an obvious scammer.
