As someone who was sceptical of this phone number I triple checked and found they are legitimate. This caller is working with TKW for the "Victorian Population Health Survey 2023" - I called TKW personally to ensure this number is connected to their business and it was. furthermore I checked the Vic Health website and they list TKW as their outsourced survey provider. It is up to you whether you want to take the survey but please be mindful that this is not a scammer - just someone trying to do their job. They do not require personal information and you can skip any questions you do not wish to answer.
