Who is responsible for the content of the posts?
Only the posters are responsible for the comments they post in the forum. The operator is obliged to remove a comment only if they have been demonstrably informed about its illegal content.
It can be a very convincing trick… “You can check the number in your display online sir. You’ll see I’m really calling from your bank.” That is, of course, if you are unaware that phone numbers can be spoofed. Then again, they wouldn’t be successful scammers if they weren’t convincing. My mobile provider flagged this as potential spam/scam caller. Other websites say it’s a market research company TKW Research. My number is on the do not call register so I’ve reported the number.
