What should I do if I want to delete a comment on a phone number?

I've had three texts from this number. Mine were from Vanguard and relate to the operation of an online portal. I initiated the contact with Vanguard by calling them on a verified phone number. Two of the codes came during our conversation and the third when I used the portal the next morning, as expected.
