Definately scammers, bordering on harrassment! They keep calling back even though I asked not to call again.

Scammers, supposedly from a company called "Australian Support Program" stating that you may be eligible for a tax incentive for a supposed tax loop hole all the way back from the 80's. Yeah and I was born yesterday. They're scammers so please just hang up!
