A missed call with no message left - number is busy when called back, tried many times always busy so perhaps it is a sub-continent caller with poor english trying to persuade me to buy solar or fit draft excluders or extractor fan caps, or replace lamps with LED - always purporting to be on behalf of the Victorian Government. Complete B.S. in my opinion.

They knew my name and left a voice message saying “Ms. Eliza…. Is this Ms.Eliza??”. Wtf. I called back and it’s clearly spam because the number didn’t exist
