Dodgy possum removal & clean up service. No business cards, didn’t provide full name. Charged in advance for catching & removing possums, clean up of faeces & urine in roof cavity, treatment of urine, replacing disturbed roof insulation, inspection & report on damage. Once the possum was trapped & removed, he just left without performing the rest of the services. Just said it’s all done.
