I checked my phone with an MMI, (smartphone code) which is built into your device to access secret info. When I entered the MMI it said call forwarding to 041412200 but it said it was only forwarding voice. Nothing about Vodafone from what I could gather. And Vodafone was never given any permission to do so. My opinion is your phone has been hacked.
