Telstra customers beware: there’s a new, and very convincing scam that could be hitting your inbox soon. Images obtained by 9NEWS show a legitimate-looking email bill sent to an address earlier this month with the usual company subject line, “Your new Telstra Bill is ready to view”.

Poorly recorded (chinese-type) voice claiming it was the Taxation Office and to phone that number or else the police will be sent. Obviously a scam!
