claims to be a telstra technician and my internet is going to be disconnected because i have hackers trying to access my computer. kept wanting me to go turn my computer on and i will see the problem straight away. i challenged him give my his telstra id number and he eventually gave me the address he was calling from in melbourne, his name, his telstra id and also my IP address. said he was a telstra senior technician. think its a scam but we do also have unusual activity and hackers on our email account. will try to check out with telstra to see if it genuine but i suspect its a scamming criminal.
